Currently under construction, Essex Crossing is a mixed-use development spread across nine city blocks right in the heart of the Lower East Side. It includes over 1,000 new residences, 350,000 square feet of office space, 100,000 square feet of green space, and 300,000 square feet of retail space.

A historic rehabilitation project, Bedford Union Armory promises to be a centerpiece of the Crown Heights community of Brooklyn for years to come. This mixed-use development features a recreational facility, community event space, and commercial space, including 300 units of housing, half of which are affordable units.

153-19 Jamaica Avenue is a 139-unit, mixed-use building offering permanently affordable housing and supportive services for victims of domestic abuse and ground floor commercial space along the prominent shopping corridor of Jamaica Avenue in Queens. 

City Point is a new, mixed use development located at the center of Downtown Brooklyn. Utilizing landscaped roof areas, efficient building envelope, highly filtered fresh air, storm water collection and reuse, the project received LEED Silver Certification and is well-poised to foster a multi-use urban environment that offers an iconic presence.
